  • Shipping Information
    Shipping Method: All items are shipped via Royal Mail. Standard Shipping: £3.99—Royal Mail estimates delivery within 2 to 3 working days. First Class Shipping: £6.00—Royal Mail estimates delivery by the next working day, including Saturdays. Order Preparation: Please allow 1-2 days for us to prepare your order. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays that are outside of our control.
  • Returns
    Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted on full-priced items within 14 days of receipt. Notification: Please notify us at florenceswardrobeworld@gmail.com before returning any items. Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Condition: All returned items must be unworn and in re-saleable condition. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. Damaged or Lost Items: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Required Information: Please include your name and order number with your return package. Final Sale: Sale items and items purchased with a promotional discount are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
